Free shipping on every order. No minimums, no thresholds.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is received, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Delivery time Orders typically arrive within 8 business days of shipping, though delivery can take up to 15 business days during peak periods or due to customs processing.

Where we ship from Sweeply products ship from our overseas fulfillment partner. This keeps our prices low, but it does mean delivery takes longer than domestic next-day services. We'd rather tell you that upfront than surprise you after checkout.

Where we ship to We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Tracking Every order includes tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days of shipment, email us at Support@ShopSweeply.com and we'll look into it.

Lost or delayed packages If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipping, contact us at Support@ShopSweeply.com. We'll either locate it, replace it, or refund you in full.

Customs and duties Any applicable import duties are included in the price you pay. You will not be charged additional fees on delivery.
